150 efi

I have 2003 150 efi when I first start down the lake in runs great about 65mph after about a mile or so it starts slowing down if though the throttle is still wide open once it slows to 50 mph it will run there all day . if I back off the throttle and open it up again it does the same thing , cant figure this one out need a little help

Qiut using it as if a fuel issue it may lock up!!!! Rebuild the mechanical fuel pump, check fuel pressure of electric fuel pump,check voltage as overcharging will make pump run hot and slow.
