15 HP xtra long shaft AGAIN!

Please do not move this to get lost in the outboard forum or recommend I "click on boat motors above" Sail boats use extra long shaft motors and iboats does not sell them!<br /><br />I need a 15 HP four stroke, extra long shaft (25"), electric start, tiller motor. I am located<br /> in Western PA and will consider new or well cared for used.<br /><br /> Anyone know of sources for this type of motor.<br /><br /> Thanks

kayak, some sailboats (most) use longer shaft outboards. BUT they are still outboards, this sailing section is for sailing, if you have a question for an outboard, EVEN IF IT IS ON A SAILBOAT, it should be in the outboard section. There are many experts thier who OWN marinas and Boat shops who would never give a damn about the sailing section. And outboard dealer who sells a particular brand can get you about every outboard from that brand. I recomend you check out Woods Boat house in west virginia They can order in a high thrust Yami or a Nice johnyride for you

OH yeah, also Iboats can order you an engine, or if you want a used one go to www.smalloutboards.com
