My motors carb was recently rebuilt and the controls on the front were set. Over time will I need to adjust these knobs again or will they be ok right where they sit? :confused:

Big changes in barometric pressure or temp might call for adjustments.

Yup. Probably, though it would be good to learn how to listen to your outboard and fine tune it at any time.
