1436 Jon Boat vs 8ft Pram Stability

I'm looking at buying either a Tracker 1436 14ft x 36" wide jon boat or a Valco 8ft x 48" wide jon boat and was wondering which one would be more stable?

I would go with the 1436 I have one and like it plus more room. Also some lakes do have a 12ft. min. size.
