Looking for a new 14’ fishing boat. Would like one with a live well; will probably go with a 9.9 motor; any ideas?

Are you looking for an aluminum boat, fiberglass boat? A 14 foot boat with a live well is very likely non-existent or very rare at best.

Here's mine. 1987 Crestliner Commdore 14' with factory optional side console and live well. Front and rear pedestal seats out and not shown in picture.DSC04886-1.jpg

I originally was thinking about building a live well into my boat rehab. A bit expensive since I wanted at the bow, but the more I thought about it I really don't need one. I don't plan on entering any fishing derby's so I don't need to keep the fish alive. A nice size cooler with ice will work just fine. I don't need one for bait, I use lures or worms. If I decide on bait fish, again cooler with a battery air pump.

Just something to think about.

Check out Engel Live Bait Coolers. It's basically a really nice cooler that comes with an air pump. They come in a variety of sizes, perfect for pan fish or smaller toe fish.
I have a couple smaller ones that we use for bait. We switched out the pump that came with it for a Frabil air pump as they are much quieter.
