Hi, newbie here. Just have a general question for the peeps out there I have a 1989 Seaswirl Spyder 178 open bow with a 5.7L OMC Cobra and mostly use it for recreational purposes tubing, water skiing, or just camping on the beach. It has a 14.5 x 18P aluminum prop on it, does anyone know the max rpm I should be running at? I don't want to overwork the engine but want the best performance I can achieve from the boat as we enjoy it and have fun in the summer months, and it is getting close to the storage season (2 months away :0) and would like to take it out at least one more time this year and get some great performance before the winter months hit. Any advice or suggestion are always welcome.
