13x19 Prop Vs 13.2x19

I need to replace my damaged prop and asking if ok to replace a 13x19 with a 13.2 x 19.

based on Diameter and Pitch, no difference. However, if there are differences in Blade Area, # of Blades, changes in Rake and/or Cup, there might be a different outcome

yep, if it's the same manufacturer it should be equal in performance.
But if it's a different manufacturer, then as stated above, performance can be different.
I tried to tweak my WOT rpm up a little, so I tried a Solas 3-15.5x13 in place of my Merc 3-16x13......no difference.
