I have a '94 Mercury. I was letting it idle for a while & the buzzer went off. I was fishing, so I fished about 30 min. & started it again. There was no water coming out of the pee hole until I started moving & then it had a steady stream of water coming out. I went about 5 minutes & the buzzer came on again. I let it cool some more & then eased it back to the ramp w/o incident. I felt the side of the motor below cowl & it didn't feel overly hot.
