Hello , I have a 135 thunderbolt , the boat has been restored and I have bought Hardin marine gauges to replace the old ones .i am wondering where the sender for water temp goes . At the top of the head is where the old pressure gauge was hooked up so I have hooked up the new one there . Is there another spot where the temp sender goes or do I have to modify the pressure take off to suit both ?

That motor does not have a thermostat. It will therefore run dead cold at idle, and a bit warmer at cruise. As such, a water temp gauge is useless. A water pressure (0-15PSI) is very useful.
