tilt & trim not going up and down, there is a noise that sounds like the electric motor is working or something it does not sound like it<br />is a problem noise . there is a round canister<br />next to the outboard on the right I don't think<br />there is any hydrolic oil so half way down is a bung so i put oil in there ,no diffrence.when i put it in the water it tilts up and down slightly<br />only about a few inches the model number is 18orj6 or 16 first bit and last issomthing 83e so is like this 18_83e the first bit was slightly <br />worn off can any body please help me I'm buit of an ameture.
