13-1/4? x 21? Prop vs 13-3/4? x 21?

I own a 1994 Sea Ray 200BR with a 205 hp 5.0L engine. The aluminum prop that?s on it is shot. I can get a brand new stainless prop for cheap but it is a 13-1/4? x 21?. I know that the boat came with a 13-3/4? x 21?. My question is what performance difference would I see with the smaller diameter. Would the 1/2" Dia less raise or lower my rpms & how much?

That prop is more than probably a outboard prop, what type of drive do you have??
