120XR interchangeability

I have an opportunity to replace a 120XR upper unit(not working) with a 150XR upper unit (working).
Will they interchange w/o much problem?

what are the year models ? you really just have 2 diffrent type of splines in the crankshaft, there is a 13 and a 15 spline
