The engine overheated... then #1 had 65 psi, #2 - 4 had 150psi. The water jackets were plugged with a burnt up impeller.
I removed the #1 piston from the cylinder. The cylinder wall has aluminum worn on to it. Some of it came off with a razor blade as was suggested. Can I use a cylinder honing tool to clean the rest of it off the cylinder wall, replace with the same size cylinder, new rings and reassemble?
Is there anything else I need to do while it is apart?
Thanks
