120 HP 1994 Mercury Sport Jet? Please help!

I wanted to know where I could go and get a 1994 Mercury Sport Jet for my Sea Rayder F-16. It has a blown engine due to a rod blowing a hole in the crankshaft siding. Other then that it would be a huge project to rebuilt the engine, and I would rather just go about buying a new engine block. I wanted to know where I could get an engine of that year or one that's the same and will fit in the boat without having to replace the jet drive. I need advice on what I should do unless you know somewhere I can send it to be rebuilt without it being just as much money as buying a new one. Need to get this going ASAP, Thanks in advance.

Also, for the engine.. I don't mind if it is a rebuilt 1994 engine, or a new one.

I fI remember correctly Those skis used kawasaki parts. I think I saw some with PJS stuff but you shoudl be able to use kawi parts. These are the skis that when you take off the seat they have these access panels that you can remove giving you access to the sides of the motor right?

it isn't a ski it's a boat and the engines are force outboard engines that mercury bought out,, it's difficult to find replacement powerheads for those but not impossible.

Yeah, I have called basically every shop possible. I called Iboats.com, spoke to a representative who said they had a 94 mercury sportjet powerhead for an outboard? I don't even think they made outboard jet engines back then only saw Mercury making them just recently. Where else could I buy one of these engines?

see if a 120 force outboard has the same block and find one of those possibly
