Re: 120 evinrude

The 4th hose is a vacuum tube that operates the pump. It should go from the bottom of the pump to the crankcase and supply vacuum when the motor is running. This in turn operates the vro pump. I have an old standard fuel pump that i use to check a vro pump. I hook it up in place of the vro using a gas oil mix from a separate tank, only needing to hook up the output, and vacuum. If it runs ok, i know its a vro problem.
