12' semi v boat ID

I know its a long shot...but any one have any idea who the manufacturer of this boat maybe...based on design? There isnt a tag anywhere. It is a riveted 12' aluminum boat. I can barely make out the hull id on back right stern stamped into aluminum. P 2897? I can take other pictures if needed. I looked at a bunch of manufactures and didnt see any with seats like this one...where the aluminum goes all the way to the floor and has a small hole for water to pass through. It be nice to know what the HP rating and weight rating is.

A shot of the transom (from inside and outside), transom knee brace, transom corner brackets and bow plate as well as a profile shot may help.

P 2897 is probably a serial#, and unless someone recognizes it's format, it may not be much help, but who knows, ya might just get lucky.

I once owned a Feather Craft 12' V bottom boat that had a similar layout, but then most boats in that range looked so close to each other. I think the max HP for that boat would be 15HP, but that is just my guess from many many years ago now... More pictures would certainly help...
