I don't think I have ever seen a 115, A or B model. Let alone tell you how to adjust the carb. I can tell you a carb adjustment is not done using a number of turns from full in. A tachometer and a vacuum gauge will help, along with understanding what you are reading off each.
With the tach, just adjust in till engine rpm slows, back out till rpms increase. (rev the engine now and then to keep it from loading up) once at full rpm gain at idle, open another 1/8 turn.
That should be close.
The Volvo service manual part number is 7723640 and can be ordered from any Volvo Penta dealer. Don't expect it to be a DIYers step by step manual, because it isn't. But it's a lot better than any aftermarket manual.
