115 yamaha jet to tiller

I recently bought a 115 yamaha jet motor 1991 model. I would like to convert this to a tiller if possible but don't see a bracket to connect to.<br /><br />Motor has been in storage for 5 years so any tips on what I should check before starting it.<br /><br />I don't have a manual and this is my first jet motor.

At the yamaha shop I was told I need a oil sending tank for this motor. Got a used one that works? <br /><br />Also heard this conversion is done alot in Alaska but had no information on how to do it.<br /><br />Thanks
