115 v-4 fuel pump issue

rebuilt the fuel pump and still not getting fuel out of outlet, took apart a 2nd time to double check ans still no go. can feel vacuum and air out of hole in powerhead. is ther a way to test the psi of the powerhead?

For the price of it I would replace the pump (personal opinion only though)
What year is this 115 V4 ????
Post model number if possible.

Yep, I would just replace the pump. Not an expensive item really.
