Low maintenance huh?? Any motor you buy is going to require the same level of preventive maintenance you currently have -- and possibly more if you pop for a 4-stroke as you then have oil and filter changes, valve adjustment, belt replacements, etc to deal with. If you want to stay two-stroke and quieter than what you have, mid-2000's and later Evinrude E-tec or Merc OptiMax with the nod tilted a liittle toward the E-tec in the less noise category. With EFI 4-strokes you are fairly safe with any of them. For price -- Suzuki probably gets the nod.

If you want quite, go 4 stroke. Then you won't have to mix any fuel/oil if you consider that "maintenance." Yes you'll have the yearly oil and filter change but that's not bad. She's be heaver but get better mileage. For your current 115hp, I'm assuming it's a 70-80's I6? Unless you're quite handy don't expect to do your own work on the 4stroke compared to the I6 (besides oil), which is one of the easiest repairable platforms for "do it yourselfers." And I'm sure parts are more expensive too..
