115 suzuki prop shaft runout

Helping neighbour who has a 115 Suz.
Prop shaft runout measured at end of shaft(turning shaft) is 25 thou. What is allowable tolerance and where is one supposed to measure this?He backed down ramp with motor down,wrecked prop in process,even broke skeg off. Put a new prop on and he says it runs smooth.....

.025 is too much. Get it straightened....
