Anyone use a yamaha oil filter on their yamamerc. I have a 03 merc 115 and always use yamalube withe merc filter. But my local dealer had a oil change package with 5qts of yamaha oil and yamaha filter for $45. But when I got home noticed the filter is shorter than the merc filter. Dealer sells both brands and says this will work and the yamaha/denso filter is better. Anyone run into this?
