I have a 94 mariner 115 two stroke. I was running it last week and she stalled out like she was starved for fuel. I couldnt get it to start again. After changing plugs and replacing fuel lines and the fuel, i can get her started, but only runs at high rpms. Once i take the throttle off, you can hear one of the cylinders foul and stop working. Then it will shut off completely when i bring it to idle. The issue is beyond my realm of knowledge, and information would be helpful before i drop 500$ to have it fixed!

Try Seafoam if you can. Otherwise clean carbs. Fuel filters OK? Got a water separating filter ...is it fouled?

I emptied the water seperator and it was all good to go. I dont have a fuel filter, if i do i have no clue where it is. I will try the seam foam and cleaning the carbs. Thankyou!
