model # 115EL76D<br />serial # J4571263<br /><br />My Problem I think Is fuel<br />Starts fine,Runs at High RPM fine<br />The problem is at idle or low rpm it spits and sputters kind of like a back fire.<br />When in the water I give it a little throttle it will stall. If i give it full throttle I can make it go but it acts like it is starving for fuel.<br />As i go it clears up. but as soon as I idle it starts to spit and sputter.I have a good ratio of fuel-I have changed the fuel pump- clean the filter-new plugs PLEASE HELP
