I have a problem with this new 1yr old motor.Iast winter dealer replaced air injectors and air rail ,new o rings ect. warranty work.Running the other day fouled a plug changed it barely made it back to truck.Anyway took to dealer he called tahatsu first thing they said just like last time bad fuel.Dealer explained he took my 50 hp on trade and it didnt have issues.Any way the dealer and tahotsu is going to replace the head and anything else that they think cuold be wrong.Anybody have any problems with the tldi air system.My take is is tnis is one of those egg suckers that come off the line and never will be right.I told the dealer to do whatever they allow but I believe hotsu needs to take it learn from it and give me a new one.What do ya tninkAlso i amnot mad i just know that occasionlly manufactures have bad ones and i think this motor will never be right

Do you have a water separator system on fuel line ? If not, that's the culprit, water is ruining fuel system, badly.

yes it does have the water seperator.

just to update tahatsu sent parts to dealer in two days dealer had it done in two days.They put a new head new air injectors orings whole deal now we will see if it will hold. Dealer thinks head was machined wrong.Hope he is right.
