100 HP Merc upgrade

Hello to all,<br />I have a 89' Ranger 330v bass boat 16'10" in length. The motor is a 89' 100 HP Merc it is a little under powered. Can I swap the carbs off a 115 or 125? Does anybody recomend Boysen reeds?<br />Thanks in advance,<br />Little Bear

Hi Little Bear,<br />The 115 carbs should work off a 105 cu in block. If they make the Boysen reeds for this motor put them it. The 125 is a 113 cu in block.<br /><br />corm
