IBOAT land, 10hp Johnson 2002, took it out a couple of weeks ago and would not go over idle speed in gear, revved fine in neutral. Decided to try troubleshooting myself 2 weeks later and cannot get to start at all. Changed spark plugs, getting spark but plugs are totally dry. turns over fine, just no fire, assume fuel problem, bulb seems to stay firm and when i depress the end of the fuel hose connector fuel spruts out. any help on where to go from here would be greatly appreciated.
