'09 90hp carbed airbox leaking

My airbox is dripping oil. Carbs dont leak when tipped. It seems to happen only when the boat is driving not when on trailer. Any Ideas?

Other boats I had always had a drain for the over spray to recycle through, how do this motor do it? It has not drains.
