06 Merc has a beeping sound... What could it be?

2006 mpi meet cruiser horizon 350. In sea ray 240 Sundancer. Is making a annoying beeping sound. Help

Tells us more about the beep, and what is the motor serial number?
Is it constant or 2 beeps every so often?
If constant, does it do it no matter the motor is running, in gear, out of gear, other?
