i have 61 hours with no problem's to mention but... last week when i took it out i gave it full throttle to get up on plain and it powerd up for about 4 seconds and then just bogged down to the point it would die. i changed the water/fuel seperator and plugs even though they were used one time previous and no change.it would run at about 28to33 rpm and get about 5 miles and hour. can anyone help me please.
