Ok so a friend brings me his boat. Its been to a shop for carb cleaning and whoever did the work went to take the main jet out and destroyed the brass so told him he needed a new carb. Its the bottom carb with the pump attached. He says it runs great but wont idle. I see on the bottom carb an adjustment screw Im gonna assume is a low idle but the black cap on it only allows you a 1/4 turn in or out. but the top carb didnt have one. Im thinking this is an idle sir adjustment. Can someone point me in the right direction. Thanks in advance for your help
