The Engine won't crank. Checked battery and have 12V. Checked throttle switch and kill switch. Checked all fuses. Getting 12 V to the Starter Solenoid from the battery. I checked the voltage coming to the solenoid from the fuse box and only showing .2mV. Any suggestions? I have not had any luck trying to find an electrical schematic on-line. Thanks:confused:

Ayuh,.... I Don't Do Volvos,...

But,...
I think you should be checking for voltage at the exciter wire on the starters solenoid,......
From the Key Switch.....

did you try resetting your 50A circuit breaker on the top of the engine located towards the rear near the distributer cap?

That might work on a Mercruiser, but not on an 04 Volvo MPI engine, there isn't any such item.
Might want to look at the date of the post you are repling to, I would bet that after a month and a half, he found the problem and never replied back.
