04 mercury 25 hp

I have a 04 mercury 25 hp 4 stroke manual start. Does anyone know if there is a conversion kit to make it electric start? And if so does anyone know how much it runs for? The only reason I ask is because it is a real pain in the butt to get it started in the morning before I go fishing or crabbing. I was told to twist the throttle about 10 to 15 times prior to trying to start it. Once I get it running I have no problems on it the rest of the day, it's just that first time when I go to drop her in the water. I've hooked the garden hose to it and I don't have any problems w/ it. I think it's probably because of the back pressure or something when it is submerged. Not sure??? thanks for any feedback

I finally managed to find your model 1F25203DD here:

Scroll down and enter the s/n and it will open a new parts list window with two pages. There is no starter kit in the Accessories but other sites do show a kit available for the CB models, though not in your s/n range.

well I just got off the phone w/ a merc rep, and he told me it would be better to just buy a new outboard! So I'm screwed pretty much
