04 60hp EFI small cooling line off the head broken, where does it go?

bought a pontoon with 60hp on the back. has not ran in over 7 years. replaced the fuel pump. went for a water test and this little line coming off the head is broken and spraying hot water. where is this supposed to go? i have looked all over the engine and even online and I can not find anything about it.
anyone know where it goes or can point me in the right direction? attached photos. coming from just above the fuel pump,
