Welcome to Iboats,

If inquiring why the idle rpm is too high, there's a main bolt that controls simultaneously the opening of the carbs, turn it CCW enough that when the gear is shifted forward there's a smooth click sound in the gear box without the motor shutting down...

Thanks just replaced fuel pump, choke primer and diaphragm the bolt u refer to is the silver one like a stop? What is the proper position of the red choke lever

Sorry, I'm not familiar with said Yam model. Lower carbs have a pawl that rests against a vertical idle screw. The idle adjustment must be performed once the motor has been fully warmed up and combo floats on water...
