02 ford e150 4.2 v6

need some advice from anyone, i have a cc 17ft fishing boat that weighs around 3000 lb thats with trailor i live in central fl does anyone no if a e150 with the 4.2 v6 is enough to pull this ok, any replys would be helpful, thanks

I had a F-150 4x4 with a 4.2L. The 4.2L will pull it, but it won't win any drag races.
