2000 Mercury 90hp, 4-Stroke.
I've noticed a slight surge of hp when I start to back off from wot when operating this today. Also right around that wot, it seemed to be sensitive and shown moments of more power that came and went. Could this be my TPS failing? Is there a known test for the sensor?
