I just pick 1999 wellcraft cc with 00 Johnson seahorse 130 hp. First water test run for 10 mins at low speed and it stalls out when we try to wide throttle. After that it will just start for few sec and dies out. It had some fuel leak from the filter I replace and all new fuel line. Now I see some fuel leak from the electric primer when I push in the key. Plugs are all wet could this be a carburetor issue? Anyone have similar issue thanks.
