Have a new to me 1990 3 HP Johnson. Runs OK but I'm having trouble determining if the impeller is moving enough water. Anyone know where I should look for signs of good cooling water flow. I'm running it in a bucket with the water level well above the water intakes on the bottom side of the cavitation plate.
