I have a 89 johnson 110hp, motor trims down fine, but when i try to trim it back up itll go up a little bit then stop, i can wait a few secounds, and itll go up a lil for then quit. I checked the rocker swith in the throttle, its fine, i also checked the relays and they are fine. Any ideas...
