I have a 1998 Four Winns with a Volvo Penta 4.3GL engine. It starts, idles and cruises fine at low speeds, but dies out at about 20rpms. I was sure it was the fuel filter, but it does the same thing with the new filter. Replaced the fuel pump about a year ago. I'm not much of a boat mechanic...
