I have a 1989 mercury 9.9, And I trying to remove the lower unit to replace the impeller. I cannot see where to disconnect the shift rod. I have all three bolts out and the lower unit drops down about an 1 1/2 inches, but no where do I see how or where to disconnect it.<br />Thanks for any and...
