I have a 98 BF 9.9 (converted to 15) that won't take gas. It starts and idles great but when the throttle is opened it just bogs down and stalls. It starts to rev then sounds just like you would expect if it ran out of fuel with throttle open. No back fire or missing. I have cleaned the carb...
