I have a Sierra pump kit #18 3390 that replaces OMC #395060 this kit does not have a Oring that fits between the impeller and the impeller plate like the old one is this a change that has been made and not needed with this kit?
Everything else is the same.
Just replaced the pump and put the motor back together, drive shaft didn't have an o ring on the splines when i took it apart and Sierra kit didn't come with one an i didn't put one on will i have a problem.
