My early 90's 60 hp Evinrude temp alarm goes off when I turn the key on. Last few years it would only happen occasionally or last for only 3-5 seconds. If I jiggled the key, it would sometimes stop but at the end of the year it would keep sounding the steady alarm (motor cold). It runs good...
