I have a 30 hp mariner the starts good but only runs on cylinder. you keep hearing a miss in the engine. we know the top plug does not fire over from the top coli wire.
it only has one carb.
Switched out the plugs and did the same. So switched the plug wires top on the bottom and bottom plug...
