I just bought a 1968 Wellcraft 19' with a 1984 AQ125a mated to a 280 outdrive. It had a few minor problems that pervented it from starting but I've sorted those out and now it starts and runs fine. I've still got the heat exchanger and associated plumbing off while I wait for a new timing belt...
