    Opinion please.

    My son and I have recently completed a 10' hydroplane project. It is ready for it's maiden voyage. I have two available small outboards and am wondering which would be more powerful. One is a Mercury 9.9 hp and the other is Sea King/Chrysler 15 hp. Now while that sounds like a dumb question...

    15 hp chyrsler carb spitting

    Just acquirred a Sea King 15 hp outboard, guess it is a Chrysler from the looks of it and what I've read. Can't find a serial #. Problem: starts right up but there is an opening on top of the carb. that spits a steady stream of fuel out of it. What does this sound like, float problem or needle...
