    Dies when you shift into gear!!!!!

    I have a 1988 60 hp Mariner and once its been running for a couple of minutes it will die when you shift into gear. If you start it cold it'll run fine, but it will die if you idle when its hot. Any help would be appreciated, Thanks

    Thermostat Location on 1988 60 Hp Mariner?

    Hi a have a 1988 60 hp 3cyl. Mariner and it overheats. It seemes to be peeing fine so I dont think its the water pump and I can't find where the thermostat is located, if it even has one. Any help would be appreiciated.Thanks
