    Gamefisher 7.5 hp driveshaft

I've got the lower unit taken off from the motor (done to inspect the water pump) and I'm having difficulty either reassembling the unit (to land the geared driveshaft in the receiver) or, something was disconnected in the gear selector that is keeping the motor out of gear when the motor runs...

I've got an older 9.8 Merc that has a loose plug (stripped threads) to the lower unit. How can I snug this plug up so that I won't lose it in the water?

    Gamefisher 7.5 runs poorly/ quits

I've got a 7.5 gamefisher that does not seem to want to go to it's highest speed. Then, after running it a while, it conks out and I have to let it cool for a while before it will start again. When it does restart, it still does not go up to it's speed capacity. Is this a tune-up issue??

9.8 Merc Won't go to high speed

I've got an an older 9.8 hp Mercury 110 (about a 1967/68). Last year, the motor started giving me problems. 1st the fuel lines corroded. I couldn't find original parts so I found a couple of brass adaptors and the right size fuel line at an auto parts store. Then, it would not go into high...
